At Cranky Sisters Coffee all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products once an order has been processed and shipped we are unable to accept returns. If there is an issue with your order such as damage during shipping or an incorrect item please contact us right away and we will do our best to make it right.
